§ 32.054 RULES AND REGULATIONS; REVIEW BY CHIEF OF POLICE.
   (A)   The rules and regulations of the Police Department, as revised, dated January 24, 1977, are adopted.
   (B)   The rules and regulations of the Police Department shall be reviewed on a regular basis, and the Chief of Police is the proper official to recommend any correction and/or deletion which may become necessary from time to time.
