Any radio operator supervisor, radio operator or community relations person who has been performing his or her duties prior to the effective date of this section (Ord. 733, passed 11-6-1973), shall become subject to the jurisdiction of the Civil Service Commission immediately. The appointment of any other radio operator supervisor and/or radio operator shall be made by the Commission in accordance with Commission regulations.
