§ 158.16 CLEANLINESS AND SANITATION; RESPONSIBILITIES OF LICENSEES AND ATTENDANTS OR CARETAKERS.

(A) The licensee or permittee, or a duly authorized attendant or caretaker, shall, at all times, keep the mobile home park and its facilities and equipment in a clean, orderly and sanitary condition.

(B) The attendant or caretaker shall be answerable, with the licensee or permittee, for a violation of any of the provisions of this chapter to which the licensee or permittee is subject.
