A mobile home park may be located in any district in which multiple dwellings are permitted. Each boundary of the park must be at least 200 feet from any permanent residential building located outside the park, unless separated therefrom by a unless a majority of the owners of property within the 200 feet consent, in writing, to the establishment of the park.
