For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
DEPENDENT MOBILE HOME. A mobile home which does not have a flush toilet and a bath or shower.
INDEPENDENT MOBILE HOME. Toilet and a bath or shower.
LICENSEE. Any person licensed to operate and maintain a mobile home park under this chapter.
MOBILE HOME or TRAILER COACH. Any vehicle or portable structure used or constructed so as to permit its being used as a conveyance upon the public streets or highways and designed to permit the occupancy thereof as a dwelling place for one or more persons, provided that any such structure resting in whole on a permanent foundation shall also be considered a trailer coach or mobile home.
MOBILE HOME SPACE. A plot of ground within a mobile home park designed for the accommodation of one mobile home.
MOBILE TRAILER COURT. An area of land upon which two or more occupied trailer coaches or mobile homes are harbored for revenue purposes.
MULTIPLE DWELLING. Any structure designed and intended to accommodate more than one family and includes, but is not limited to, duplex buildings, group houses and apartment buildings.
NATURAL OR ARTIFICIAL BARRIER. Any river, pond, canal, railroad, levee, embankment, fence or hedge.
PARK. A mobile home park.
PERMITTEE. Any person to whom a temporary permit to maintain or operate a mobile home park is issued under this chapter.
