(A) No source of water other than that secured from the city waterworks distribution system shall be used.
(B) A suitable substantial protective cover shall be provided and installed over all private residential swimming pool surfaces during the nonswimming season.
(C) All private pools shall be maintained in a clean and sanitary condition and all equipment shall be maintained in a satisfactory operating condition during periods when the pool is in use.
(D) A lifeline shall be provided to separate the deep water from the shallow water when used by children and nonswimmers.
(E) No private residential swimming pool shall be used, kept, maintained or operated in the city, if the use, keeping, maintenance or operation is the occasion of any nuisance or is dangerous to life or detrimental to health.
