§ 157.03 PERMIT REQUIRED; FEE.

(A) No person shall proceed with the construction, installation, enlargement or alteration of any private residential swimming pool and any appurtenance thereto within the city without first obtaining a permit therefor from the Building Commissioner.

(B) The fee for a permit for the erection or construction of a private residential swimming pool shall be $20.
