§ 156.37 PUBLIC PROPERTY.
   Telecommunications facilities, towers or antennas located on property owned, leased or otherwise controlled by the city shall be exempt from the requirements of this chapter; provided a license or lease authorizing the operation of such a facility has been approved by the City Council.
