§ 156.06 SUPPORT STRUCTURES.
   (A)   Only metal support, four-inch black pipe construction, or its equivalent, shall be allowed for any dished antenna.
   (B)   Only a concrete base or caissons, depending on soil conditions, shall be employed in line with the grade. The Building Commissioner shall have the sole discretion to decide whether a concrete base or caissons are appropriate.
   (C)   The structure shall be designed to withstand a wind force of a minimum of 85 mph in a manner conforming with good engineering practices, as approved by the Commissioner.
   (D)   All outside electric wires must have a ground fault interrupter, unless they are low voltage.
   (E)   Direct burial of cable is not permitted. A minimum of 12 inches of earth ground cover over encased material is required.
   (F)   The dished antenna must be bonded to an eight-foot grounding rod, with a minimum of seven and one-half feet of the rod imbedded in the ground, and must comply with the City of Chicago Electrical Code.
   (G)   The structure must be in conformity with the City of Chicago Electrical Code.
