(A) No dished antenna shall be erected on any front or side yard, or within ten feet of any lot line, unless approved by Council.
(B) No dished antenna shall be erected on the roof top of any single-family residential structure, unless approved by Council.
(C) A dished antenna may be located on the roof of a multiple residential building with two or more stories, a commercial building a church building, a school building, a manufacturing building or any other building, if approval is obtained from the Planning and Zoning Commission.
