§ 156.04 SIZE AND NUMBER OF ANTENNAS.
   (A)   The smallest practical size dished antenna shall be used on residential property in general. On single-family and single-story multiple residential property, a dished antenna shall have a diameter of not greater than 12 feet. The maximum height of a dished antenna installation shall be governed by safety and aesthetic considerations as determined by the Building Commissioner. Not more than one dished antenna may be installed on a single-family or single-story multiple residential building.
   (B)   The maximum diameter of a dished antenna located on a multiple residential building with two or more stories, a commercial building, a church building or a school building shall be 12 feet.
