§ 156.02 PERMIT REQUIRED; FEE.
   (A)   No person shall erect or maintain a dished antenna in the city obtaining a building permit therefor and without conforming to except as otherwise permitted by Council.
   (B)   The fee for such a permit is $50, which shall include the cost of inspections.
