§ 154.12 GUARANTEE BY CITY.

The city does not guarantee the condition of any property which is the subject matter of this chapter, and the city shall not be responsible for any claims arising out of the subject property or the condition thereof. The city does not warrant that all deficiencies have been corrected upon issuance of any certificate under this chapter and does not warrant anything as to the condition of the property or the habitability thereof.
