(A) There is established a fee of $20 per dwelling unit for the first inspection or the first reinspection necessitated by the existence of violations ascertained during the first inspection.
(B) After one reinspection, there is established a fee of $25 per dwelling unit for each subsequent reinspection necessitated by the existence of violations ascertained during any previous inspection.
(C) This fee is nonrefundable once the Building Commissioner and/or his or her designee arrives at the site for the inspection.
