§ 154.06 NEW OWNER ACKNOWLEDGMENT.
   Prior to the issuance of any occupancy permit for any dwelling unit created by the condominium conversion the owner shall submit an acknowledgment that the purchaser has been made aware of the inspection requirement as required by city ordinance.
