(A) A sliding glass window shall be constructed and installed so that the window cannot be lifted from the frame when the window is in the locked position.
(B) A sliding glass window shall meet or exceed the Architectural Aluminum Manufacture’s Association’s standards for forced-entry resistance (AAMA #1303.3).
(C) Other openable windows shall be provided with substantial locking devices which render the building as secure as the devices required by this section.
(D) A louvered window shall not be installed within eight feet of ground level.
