§ 153.09 TESTS.
   (A)   Whenever there is insufficient evidence of compliance with this chapter, whenever there is evidence that any material or construction does not conform to this chapter, or in order to substantiate claims for alternate materials or methods of construction, the Building Commissioner may require tests as proof of compliance.
   (B)   The tests shall be made at the expense of the owner or agent by an approved agency.
   (C)   If there are no appropriate test methods specified in this chapter, the Building Commissioner shall determine the test procedure.
