§ 153.07 MAINTENANCE BY OWNER.

(A) All devices or safeguards which are required by this chapter in a building when erected, altered or repaired shall be maintained in good working order.

(B) The owner or his or her designated agent shall be responsible for the maintenance of such devices or safeguards.
