§ 153.03 CONFLICT OF LAWS; CONTROLLING PROVISIONS.

This chapter shall apply to all occupancy groups. If it is determined that there is a conflict between any of the provisions of this chapter and the Fire Prevention Code of the city, the Fire Prevention Code shall control.
