§ 152.65 DEVELOPMENTS OF LESS THAN FIVE ACRES.
Under the provisions of this subchapter, stormwater detention facilities are not required for developments of less than five acres, provided that the City Engineer determines that the available outlet capacity and/or existing storm sewer system is adequate. If the outlet capacity or storm sewer system is not adequate, detention of stormwater, as required by this chapter, will be required to store that portion of the runoff exceeding the system capacity.
