§ 152.63 EROSION CONTROL.

During the construction phases of land development, facilities shall be provided to prevent the erosion and washing away of the earth. Silting of downstream areas and existing sewers shall be prevented through the strategic use of stilling basins, sodding of runoff channels and by limiting the period of time during which the area is stripped of vegetation.
