§ 152.59 CONTROL PLANS REQUIRED BEFORE PLAT APPROVAL OR ISSUANCE OF BUILDING PERMITS.

Plans, specifications and all calculations for stormwater runoff control required in this chapter shall be submitted to the city for review and approval by the City Engineer prior to the approval of a final plat in the case of a subdivision or planned unit development, or, in the case of commercial or industrial construction, prior to the issuance of a building permit.
