§ 152.58 DEVELOPMENTS FORMING ONLY A PORTION OF A WATERSHED.

Where a development forms only a portion of a watershed, the storage requirement shall be based upon the proportion of the area being developed to the total watershed. Compensating storage will be acceptable whenever it is justified and feasible.
