§ 152.51 DEVELOPMENTS; STORAGE AND CONTROLLED RELEASE REQUIRED.

The storage and controlled release of excess stormwater runoff shall be required, in combinations for all new commercial and industrial developments, and for all new residential developments that contain an area in excess of one-half acre.
