§ 152.17 DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY.

(A) The degree of erosion and sedimentation protection required by this chapter is considered reasonable for regulatory purposes and is based on engineering and scientific methods of study.

(B) This chapter does not create liability on the part of the city or any officer or employee thereof for any damage that results from reliance on this chapter or any administrative decision lawfully made under this chapter.
