§ 152.09 RESPONSIBILITY OF PERMITTEE; NONLIABILITY OF CITY.

Failure of a city official to observe or recognize hazardous or unsightly conditions or to recommend denial of the site development permit shall not relieve a permittee from responsibility for the condition or damage resulting therefrom and shall not fix the responsibility on the city, its officers or agents.
