§ 151.222 INSPECTION; REFUND OF DEPOSIT.
   Upon completion of the project and removal of debris by the owner, the owner shall apply to the city for an inspection of the premises. If upon the inspection, the city finds that all debris has been removed by the owner and that the city property is free from damage, the city shall refund to the owner the amount of the cash deposit.
