§ 151.219 USE OF DEPOSIT FOR REMOVAL BY CITY.
   If the Director of Public Works finds that there is no good cause to extend the time for removal of the debris, he or she shall enter an order finding the fact and further finding that the cash deposit may be used by the city to defray the cost of the removal.
