§ 151.201 SIGNS AT THE REAR OF SHOPPING CENTERS.
   (A)   Definitions. For the purpose of this section, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
      LETTERED SIGN. A sign whose individual lettering is five inches high and black on a white or otherwise contrasting background, which sign is six feet above ground level.
      SHOPPING CENTER. A multiple commercial structure of two or more commercial or industrial units.
   (B)   Posting signs. The owner of a shopping center shall post, permanently affix and maintain on each rear door of each unit of the shopping center a lettered sign identifying the present occupant and the unit address. The sign shall also include the designation of the storage or meter room if the rooms are accessible from the rear door.
   (C)   Declaration of nuisance; injunction. Any violation of this section is declared to be a nuisance. In addition to any other relief provided by this chapter, the City Attorney may apply to a court of competent jurisdiction for an injunction to prohibit the continuation of such violation. The application for relief may include a request for a temporary restraining order, a temporary injunction or a permanent injunction.
