(A) The city enacts a connection charge upon the enactment and publication of this chapter.
(B) Every dwelling unit constructed after the date of this chapter within any area of Oak Forest’s municipal boundaries west of a location in some places called “Boca Rio Drive” and located 6000 west shall be assessed the amount of $3,000.
(C) DWELLING UNIT for purposes of this subchapter is defined as each condominium unit, townhouse or residence. In the event any single owner, multiple unit (apartment building) is constructed within the area this structure shall be assessed $3,000 per rental unit.
(D) These amounts shall be paid at the time any building permit is issued. This connection charge is in addition to any now existing charges and fees.
