There is established a Building Inspection Review Board. The Building Inspection Review Board will hear all appeals from any actions taken by the Community Development Director under this subchapter. The Board will consist of the Community Development Director, the Police Chief and the Fire Chief. No official business will be transacted by the Board unless a quorum of members is present. The Board is empowered to enact its own rules of procedure.
