§ 32.33  INDUCING OFFICER TO VIOLATE.
   It is a Class B misdemeanor, subject to penalty as provided in § 10.99 of this code of ordinances, for any person to induce or seek to induce any appointed or elected officer or municipal employee to violate any of the provisions of this subchapter.
