§ 154.106  NATURAL DRAINAGE AND OTHER EASEMENTS.
   Easements shall be provided through the property for drainage and all utility services. Easements shall be located along all side property lines to a width of not less than 12 feet. All utilities shall be located underground unless otherwise approved by the Planning Commission.
