Street lights of a type approved by the Planning Commission and by the Town Council shall be installed at all locations within the subdivision as required by the Planning Commission or Town Council. Installations shall be made by the subdivider and inspected by the Town Engineer. Street lighting shall be dedicated to the town in the same manner as other improvements to be dedicated under this chapter and shall be subject to all provisions hereof relating to such improvements.
