§ 154.091  FENCES AND GUARDS.
   In locations where a land subdivision abuts or is adjacent to public or private grazing land, a fence of material and quality satisfactory to the Planning Commission shall be erected around the outer limits of the subdivision on the side abutting such grazing land. The Planning Commission may also require installation of cattle guards where it deems such are needed.
