§ 154.089  MONUMENTS.
   (A)   Permanent monuments shall be accurately set and established at such points as may be required by the Town Engineer to definitely establish all lines of the plat.
   (B)   Monuments shall be of a type approved by the Town Engineer.
   (C)   All subdivision plats shall be tied to a corner or monument of record or established land office survey corner.
