Unless the Town Council extends the time for acceptance of the dedicated improvements, the dedication shall be accepted on action by the Town Council, or at the expiration of one year following the completion of the public improvements. In the event that the Town Council does not accept the dedicated public improvements, the subdivider shall be so advised in writing of the reason for the non- acceptance.
