(A) Form. Prior to any final approval of a subdivision, the subdivider shall enter into an agreement with the town, which agreement shall be in such form as determined by the Town Council and on file in the office of the Town Clerk. The agreement shall set forth all requirements and responsibilities of the city and the subdivider.
(B) Corporation or partnership. The form of a corporate or partnership signature shall include a provision for a notary in which the subdivider represents that the person signing for the corporation or partnership has the authority to execute the agreement for the corporation or partnership.
