The Town Council hereby adopts the report from Sunrise Engineering, Inc., dated May 1999, entitled “Oak City, Utah, Culinary Water Master Plan”, which includes, but is not limited to, recommended system improvements, proposed financing plan and written analysis for impact fees, and which establishes the costs for providing certain public facilities occasioned by development projects within the town and certain credits allowable against impact fees in the town. The Culinary Water Master Plan is set forth as Exhibit A, attached to the ordinance codified herein, and incorporated herein by reference.
