§ 111.08  APPEAL.
   Any person aggrieved by the action of the town’s law enforcement agency or the Town Clerk in the denial of a license issued pursuant to this chapter, or by the action of the Town Council, may file an appeal. Such appeal shall be taken by filing with the Town Council within 14 days after notice of the action complained of has been mailed to such person’s last known address or address on the business application, a written statement setting forth fully the grounds for the appeal. A time and place for the hearing on such appeal and notice of such hearing shall be set and given to the applicant in the same manner as provided in § 111.06 of this chapter.
