(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) (1) Class C misdemeanor. Any owner, occupant or person having an interest in property subject to §§ 92.01 through 92.07 of this chapter who shall fail to comply with the notice or order given pursuant to §§ 92.01 through 92.07 of this chapter shall be guilty of a Class C misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof, subject to penalty as provided in § 10.99 of this code of ordinances for each offense.
(2) Criminal proceedings. Compliance by any owner, occupant or person to whom a notice has been given subsequent to the commencement of criminal proceedings as provided in §§ 92.01 through 92.07 of this chapter shall not be admissible in any criminal proceeding brought pursuant to this division (B).

(C) It shall be an infraction, subject to penalty as provided in § 10.99 of this code of ordinances, for any person owning or occupying real property to allow weeds to grow higher on such property than is permitted by § 92.21 of this chapter or not to remove from such property any cuttings of such weeds or any refuse, unsightly or deleterious objects after having been given notice as provided in § 92.06 of this chapter.
