(A) The Town Council is hereby empowered to regulate by resolution the selling price and size of the lots and the amount to be paid therefor. The Cemetery Superintendent shall deliver to each purchaser a certificate for each lot or part of lot showing the description thereof by block, lot and plot, and stating the purchase price. Any purchase price shall include all perpetual care and maintenance.
(B) All fees pertaining to the cemetery shall be set by the Town Council through resolution or policy and may be amended as deemed necessary by the Town Council. The consolidated fee schedule is on file in the town office.
