(A) For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
(B) A violation of § 90.08 of this chapter shall be a Class C misdemeanor, subject to penalty as provided in § 10.99 of this code of ordinances, and such is hereby declared to be a nuisance, and each day a violation is permitted to exist or continue shall be considered a separate offense.
