(A) Specified. All roadways within the town, except Main Street (Utah State Highway 125), are hereby designated as open to off-highway vehicle use in conformance with all applicable laws, ordinances and regulations of town and the state. A person may not operate an off-highway vehicle on any street or highway for any other purpose than to gain direct access to or from a private or public area open for off-highway vehicle use. Off-highway vehicles (except town-owned maintenance vehicles) shall not be operated on town parks, cemeteries, ballfields or sidewalks.
(B) Map. Attached to the ordinance codified herein, and incorporated by reference, is a map showing such designated roadways within the town, which shall be on file in the town office.
