(A) This Emergency Response Plan (ERP) defines responsibilities and procedures designed to identify and respond to any unusual and unlikely occurrence that may endanger the integrity of the town’s Culinary Water Treatment Plant or Distribution System. The plan provides for the timely response to any such emergency. It also provides for the notification of proper public officials, and others, in the case of such an occurrence.
(B) A list of individuals and their responsibilities are identified in Attachment A (attached to the resolution codified herein), and shall be kept current with their respective phone numbers.
