§ 120.99 PENALTY.
   Any persons violating a provision of this chapter shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than $750 for each offense. Each day that a violation occurs or continues shall be deemed a separate offense. The imposition of any sentence for a violation of this chapter shall not exempt the offender from compliance with the requirements of this chapter.
