(A) The fee for contractor registration shall be $100 paid in advance, at the time of application and thereafter on an annual basis.
(B) If the registration is issued for a period of six months or less, the fee shall be one-half (1/2) the annual fee. Except as otherwise provided, all registration fees shall be nonrefundable.
