§ 79.02 ESTABLISHMENT OF AUTOMATED TRAFFIC LAW ENFORCEMENT SYSTEM.
   The city hereby determines to establish automated traffic law enforcement systems at the following intersections located within the corporate limits of the city:
   (A)   Southbound - Illinois Route 83 at 22nd Street.
   (B)   Eastbound - 22nd Street at Illinois Route 83.
