§ 123.04 CABLE OPERATOR AND VIDEO SERVICE PROVIDER REGULATIONS.

   (A)   Holders and franchisees subject to all regulations. All holders and franchisees shall be subject to the rules, regulations and requirements of the provisions of this chapter as are applicable to them.

   (B)   Annual registration required. Every holder and franchisee occupying rights-of-way within the city shall register on January 1 of each year with the city's Public Services Director. Such annual registration shall include the company name, address and regular business telephone and facsimile numbers, and the name of one or more emergency contact person(s) with authority to act on behalf of the company, including a 24-hour telephone number for each.

   (C)   Insurance. Each holder and franchisee shall annually provide the city with evidence of insurance as required in Chapter 95 of this code.

   (D)   Fees imposed. All holders and franchisees shall be required to pay fees pursuant to § 123.05 of this chapter.

   (E)   Construction standards. All holders and franchisees shall be required to comply with the construction standards in rights-of-way as set forth in Chapter 95 of this code.

   (F)   Appearance standards. Due to the size and nature of the facilities that may be utilized by a holder or franchisee, each holder and franchisee shall comply with all requirements of § 156.051 of this code as applicable to all above-ground facilities as defined in § 156.004.
