(A) Any person who violates any provision of this chapter for which another penalty is not specifically provided shall, upon conviction, be subject to the general penalties provided for in § 110.99(A) of this title; provided that the minimum fine shall be $100 for each violation.
(B) In addition to any other penalty, any license issued pursuant to the provisions of this chapter may be suspended for up to 30 days, or revoked by the Mayor or a designee, at any time during the term of such license, as provided for in § 110.99(B) of this title.
